Thinking like a criminal
After being immersed in criminal law for the past week or so, I've come to the less than startling conclusion that being a criminal defense lawyer would rate down there with being a spokesperson for Mary Kay. Being a prosecuter would probably rate along the lines of a crash test dummy. I guess I just hate thinking like a criminal and hate thinking of ways to get criminals out of their charges. Oh well, such is the life of a 1L.

It's true that criminal's are some of the smartest people out there, that's why you have to have lawyers out there defending and prosecuting them. Not sure who is who in the end run. :)

Brandon, I think that your perspective on that might change over time. There is a real nobility to the work for both sides, if you approach it from a Christian ethic. We should talk about it some time. Kevin (obclhorn)
